Decisionmakers Planning & Zoning Comission makes a recommendation and Town Council makes the final decision (verify)


Required Forms & Exhibits All requests are submitted online via the Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal (Link) and shall be submitted per the development schedule.
  1. Owner Acknowledgment Form (PDF) - For Property owners, you must provide the deed to the property to verify ownership. For Third Party representation, you must provide documentation that you are an authorized signer for your business.
  2. Current Tax Certificate (PDF)or statement showing there are no delinquent taxes
  3. .dwg and .pdf files of all exhibits
  4. Letter of intent (PDF) describing the use and addressing the questions within the zoning ordinance
  5. A legal description (metes and bound of the property to be annexed title as "Exhibit A" and sealed and signed by a surveyor
  6. Exhibit B (Site Plan)
  7. Exhibit C (Landscape Plan)
  8. Exhibit D (Facade Plan)
  9. Signed Checklist (PDF)
Application Fee
$350.00 plus $10.00 per acre
Submittal Deadline
Application submittals and resubmittals may be submitted through the Online Application Portal (i.e. Citizen Self-Service Portal) any time during the week until 5 p.m. on Thursday. Any application submitted after 5 p.m. on Thursday will be placed on the next week's submittal list. Only the applications received by 5 p.m. on Thursday that include all required materials will proceed through the review process.
