Site Plan
Description Site plan review is required for (1) nonresidential development, except for agricultural buildings and temporary field construction offices/staging areas as permitted by the Building Official, (2) multifamily residential development having more than four dwelling units, (3) mobile home parks, and (4) parking lot development, reconstruction or reconfiguration of more than 20 spaces.

Amendments An approved site plan can be amended. Minor amendments may be approved by the Director of Development Services. All other expansions or redevelopment requires submittal of a revised site plan and the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission under the requirements and procedures then in effect.








































 
Application Fee
  • Final - $400 plus $5 per acre
  • Preliminary - $350.00 plus $5.00 per acre
Submittal Deadline
Application submittals and resubmittals may be submitted through the Online Application Portal (i.e. Citizen Self-Service Portal) any time during the week until 5 p.m. on Thursday. Any application submitted after 5 p.m. on Thursday will be placed on the next week's submittal list. Only the applications received by 5 p.m. on Thursday that include all required materials will proceed through the review process.
