Tree Permit

Description A tree permit is needed to transplant and/or remove a tree, regardless of size or species, except for trees located on a single-family or two-family lot contained within a plat of record, and as otherwise described in the § 4.3.4 of the zoning code.

Appeals The Director's decision can be appealed to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
