Classification of New and Unlisted Uses
Description Recognizing that new types of land use will develop and that there may be land uses which are not addressed in the current zoning code, the Town may, in certain circumstances, allow new or unlisted land uses that are not otherwise addressed in the Town's zoning code.

Decisionmakers The Planning and Zoning Commission makes a recommendation and the Town Council makes the final decision.

Appeals The Town Coucil's decision can be appealed to the circuit court.
